Founded in 1966, Princess Cruises is a British-American owned cruise line which was a previous subsidiary of P& O Princess Cruises PLC.

The headquarters of Princess Cruises is based in Santa Clarita, California and they are now among the eleven cruise ship brands operated by Carnival Corporation and PLC.
