tPoints -	Travel Rewards Program

Our tPoints Travel Rewards Program allows participants to earn travel points which can be used towards discounts on hotels, car rentals, airline tickets, tours and other travel accommodations offered on our website.  Participants in our travel rewards program can earn travel points, known as "tPoints", when purchasing travel products and services, by participating in our travel forums, from contests we hold throughout the year, and more.  To participate in our travel rewards program  you must register as a member at our Travel Forums where you can view your tPoints balance and learn how you can earn more tPoints.

Rules and Regulations

1. All participants in our Travel Rewards Program must be 18 years old or older.
2. You must register yourself at our Travel Forums to participate in our program, and provide your complete information in your profile.  Any misleading or incorrect profile information may be grounds for ineligibility to participate in our program.
3. tPoints do NOT have an expiration date.
4. tPoints must be used towards travel products or services provided by Imagine Travel.  They cannot be used for purchases/discounts outside of our website and Travel Rewards Store.  tPoints can be used towards reservations and bookings  for hotels, car rentals, tours, cruises, airline tickets and various other travel-related services which can be reserved or booked on the Imagine Travel website.  In addition, tPoints may be used to receive discounts on purchases of travel products found in our Travel Rewards Store.
5. Your tPoints balance can be viewed when you login to your account on our travel forums.  A link to your tPoints balance will be present on the menu.  In addition, you will be able to see all transactions relating to your tPoints balance.
6. Imagine Travel reserves the right to cancel the program at any time.  Upon announcement of canceling our Travel Rewards Program we will allow all participants up to 30 days to redeem all travel points they have accumulated before officially closing the program.  After this 30 day period, all tPoints remaining in our system will be considered non-redeemable.

How We Use Your Information

1. We may use personal information to provide the services you've requested, including sending email newsletters, or sending printed materials to your home.
2. We may also use personal information for auditing, research and analysis to operate and improve Imagine Travel's services.
3. We may share aggregated non-personal information with third parties outside of Imagine Travel, such as our travel industry partners to better analyze trends and further improve our services.
4. When we use third parties to assist us in processing your personal information, we require that they comply with our Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
5. We may also share information with third parties in limited circumstances, including when complying with legal process, preventing fraud or imminent harm, and ensuring the security of our network and services.
6. We will not share or sell your data to 3rd parties without permission.
